This policy explains what personal information BurTech Solution (“BurTech”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website (burtechsolution.com), our contact and booking channels, and — at a high level — our Shopify apps and software products, each of which has its own product-specific privacy page linked below.
What we collect
When you contact us. If you use our contact form, email us, book a call or join a product waitlist, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, website, the service you are interested in, budget and timeline, and your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the work.
When you browse. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to serve the site securely and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare retains security logs for a limited period.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referral source. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4 and the data does not identify you personally. Where a marketing tag (Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel) is enabled, it is disclosed in our Cookie Policy.
Booking. If you book a call, the scheduling widget is provided by Calendly and loads only when you choose to open it. The details you enter are processed by Calendly under its privacy policy and shared with us to hold the meeting.
Preferences. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. It is never sent to us.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and deliver services you engage us for.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To send information you have asked for, such as a product waitlist update. We do not send marketing email without your consent, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the site and our services — hosting (Cloudflare), analytics (Google), scheduling (Calendly), form delivery and email (Formspree or Resend), and the collaboration and billing tools we use to deliver client work. Each processes data under its own terms and security commitments. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement and the period required for accounting records. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (currently 14 months). You may ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Our Shopify apps and software products process merchant and end-customer data only as needed to provide their features, and each has its own privacy page:

Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change and show the date at the top. Material changes to how we use information already collected will be communicated where required.
