AI & Automation

A CRM that updates itself.

A CRM only works if the data in it is current, and that never happens by asking people to type more. We configure the CRM around your real process, connect it to every system that produces customer data, and automate the updates, reminders and follow-ups.

  • QuickBooks
  • Xero

If this sounds familiar

  • The CRM is a graveyard of half-filled records nobody trusts.
  • Website, phone, email and orders each hold a different version of the customer.
  • Follow-ups depend on memory and sticky notes.
  • Reports are built in spreadsheets from exports.

What changes

  • One customer record fed by every channel automatically.
  • Pipelines and stages that match how deals actually move.
  • Reminders, sequences and assignments that run themselves.
  • Dashboards built on live CRM data.

Designed around the process you actually run

Before configuring anything we map how a lead becomes a customer in your business — who touches it, what they need to know, where it stalls. The CRM is then shaped to that: the stages, the fields that matter, the views each role needs, and nothing else.

Fed by every channel

Website forms, calls, emails, chat, orders and invoices all create or update the record automatically. Your team opens the CRM to act, not to type.

Reporting that ends the spreadsheet exports

Dashboards for pipeline, activity and revenue are built inside the CRM or in a connected BI tool, and a weekly digest lands in your inbox. The numbers are live because the data is.

How it works

Six steps, one team, measured on outcomes.

Typical timeline: 2–6 weeks. Progress lands in your channel every week.

  1. 01

    Discover

A 30-minute review of your stack, your numbers and what is manual today. You get a written scope — not a pitch.

  2. 02

    Architect

Systems designed before code: data flow, integrations, where the human gates sit, and what we will measure.

  3. 03

    Build

Short sprints in your repositories and accounts. Typed, versioned, reviewable — progress lands in your channel.

  4. 04

    Test

Shadow runs, edge cases and load. Every pipeline proves itself against real data before cutover.

  5. 05

    Launch

Deployed behind CI with monitoring on. A runbook and a recorded handover ship with it.

  6. 06

    Improve

30 days of fixes included, then an optional retainer — one prioritised queue across every service.

FAQ

CRM Automation — questions.

Still unsure? Ask us directly — one human reply, no sales sequence.

Which CRM should we choose?

It depends on team size, budget and what else you run. Zoho and HubSpot suit most small and mid-sized teams; Odoo when you also want invoicing, inventory or projects in one system; Salesforce for larger organisations with existing investment. We recommend one after a short call — we are not resellers.

Can you migrate from our current CRM without losing history?

Yes. Contacts, companies, deals, notes and activity history are exported, cleaned, mapped and imported, and we validate counts and samples before switching over.

Do you build automations in the CRM or in n8n?

Native CRM automation for anything simple and internal; n8n when it spans systems, needs AI steps or needs to be observable. The design document says which is which.

Will our team actually use it?

That is the point of designing around your real process — fewer required fields, views that answer their questions, and automation doing the data entry. Training is included.
