AI & Automation

A phone line that never rings out.

Calling AI answers in seconds, speaks naturally, follows your script and rules, and logs every call as a structured record — name, intent, outcome, next step — so nothing that happened on the phone gets lost.

If this sounds familiar

  • Calls go to voicemail during peak hours or after close, and callers move on.
  • Staff repeat the same qualification questions dozens of times a day.
  • What was said on a call never makes it into the CRM.
  • Outbound follow-up is inconsistent because it depends on who has time.

What changes

  • Every call answered, 24/7, in a voice that fits your brand.
  • Callers qualified and booked, or transferred with context to a person.
  • A CRM record and transcript summary for every conversation.
  • Outbound campaigns for confirmations, reminders and reactivation.

What's included

Voice & Calling AI, in practice.

  • 01

    Inbound answering & qualification

Greets, understands intent, asks the right questions and routes or books.

  • 02

    Appointment booking

Checks availability in your calendar, books, confirms by SMS or email.

  • 03

    Order and request intake

Captures structured details and pushes them into your systems.

  • 04

    Outbound calling

Confirmations, reminders, surveys and follow-ups from your CRM lists.

  • 05

    Warm transfer

Hands the caller to a human with a summary when rules or confidence require it.

Built around your call flow, not a generic script

We start by listening to real calls and writing the flow the way your best person handles it: the greeting, the questions, the exceptions, and where a human needs to step in. The agent follows that flow and is evaluated against recordings before it takes a live call.

Every call becomes data

Each conversation produces a structured record — caller, intent, answers to your qualification questions, outcome, next action — written to your CRM alongside a transcript summary. Your reports finally include what happened on the phone.

Pilot first

Voice is easy to demo and hard to trust, so we run a pilot on a test number with your script. You call it, your team calls it, and only when it handles the awkward cases well does it go on your real line.

How it works

Six steps, one team, measured on outcomes.

Typical timeline: 2–5 weeks. Progress lands in your channel every week.

  1. 01

    Discover

A 30-minute review of your stack, your numbers and what is manual today. You get a written scope — not a pitch.

  2. 02

    Architect

Systems designed before code: data flow, integrations, where the human gates sit, and what we will measure.

  3. 03

    Build

Short sprints in your repositories and accounts. Typed, versioned, reviewable — progress lands in your channel.

  4. 04

    Test

Shadow runs, edge cases and load. Every pipeline proves itself against real data before cutover.

  5. 05

    Launch

Deployed behind CI with monitoring on. A runbook and a recorded handover ship with it.

  6. 06

    Improve

30 days of fixes included, then an optional retainer — one prioritised queue across every service.

FAQ

Voice & Calling AI — questions.

Still unsure? Ask us directly — one human reply, no sales sequence.

Will callers know they are speaking to an AI?

Yes — the agent introduces itself as an AI assistant, which is both the honest choice and, in many jurisdictions, the legal one. Callers can ask for a person at any point.

What happens when the AI cannot help?

It transfers to a human with a spoken and written summary, or takes a message and creates a follow-up task in your CRM — whichever your rules say.

Can it use our existing phone number?

Usually. We either port the number or forward it to the voice platform, keeping your current provider for everything else.

How much does it cost to run?

Per-minute telephony and model fees, typically well under a dollar per call. We show you the run cost during the pilot before you commit.
