Development

From idea to a product customers pay for.

We build SaaS products for founders and businesses that want to productise what they know. The scope is cut to what customers will pay for first, the platform pieces — tenancy, auth, billing, roles, admin — are built once and properly, and the product ships with analytics, onboarding and docs so growth can start on day one.

At a glance

Starting price

Platforms & tools

  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Stripe
  • Cloudflare
  • AWS
  • Docker
  • OpenAI

If this sounds familiar

  • The MVP needs to ship without hiring a full engineering team.
  • Auth, billing and multi-tenancy eat months before the product itself.
  • Security, scaling and data isolation are unknowns that keep you up at night.
  • Engineers who have actually launched and run a product are hard to find.

What changes

  • An MVP scoped around what customers buy, not everything imagined.
  • Tenancy, authentication, billing, roles and admin done once, correctly.
  • A codebase and infrastructure that scale without a rewrite.
  • A team that stays for the roadmap, not just the launch.

Scope is the product decision

The most expensive mistake in SaaS is building for imagined customers. We start with the one problem a specific customer will pay to solve, define the smallest product that solves it, and build that. Everything else goes on the roadmap where it can be reordered by evidence.

The platform layer, done once

Authentication, organisations and roles, subscriptions and usage metering, admin tooling, audit logs — every SaaS needs them and none of them are your product. We build them from proven patterns so your budget goes to the features customers notice.

We ship our own software

BlogMatic — our AI blog platform — and our Shopify apps are built on the same stack we use for client products. That means the patterns are tested in production, and the advice about pricing, onboarding and support comes from running products, not just building them.

How it works

Six steps, one team, measured on outcomes.

Typical timeline: 6–16 weeks to MVP. Progress lands in your channel every week.

  1. 01

    Discover

A 30-minute review of your stack, your numbers and what is manual today. You get a written scope — not a pitch.

  2. 02

    Architect

Systems designed before code: data flow, integrations, where the human gates sit, and what we will measure.

  3. 03

    Build

Short sprints in your repositories and accounts. Typed, versioned, reviewable — progress lands in your channel.

  4. 04

    Test

Shadow runs, edge cases and load. Every pipeline proves itself against real data before cutover.

  5. 05

    Launch

Deployed behind CI with monitoring on. A runbook and a recorded handover ship with it.

  6. 06

    Improve

30 days of fixes included, then an optional retainer — one prioritised queue across every service.

Pricing

FAQ

SaaS Development — questions.

Still unsure? Ask us directly — one human reply, no sales sequence.

Do you build AI-powered SaaS?

Yes — it is what we build for ourselves. BlogMatic, our credit-based AI blog platform, is built on the same stack and patterns we use for clients, including grounding, evaluation and cost control for model features.

Fixed price or a team?

The MVP is usually a fixed-scope, fixed-price build. After launch, most products move to a monthly engineering retainer with a roadmap and a prioritised backlog.

Who owns the product and the IP?

You do. Code, infrastructure, design files and documentation are yours from the first commit.

What happens after launch?

Analytics, onboarding and support tooling ship with the product. We stay on to improve activation and retention, ship the roadmap and handle scaling — or hand over cleanly to your in-house team.
