Which cloud should we use?

For most web applications, Cloudflare or a managed platform is cheapest and simplest; AWS or Google Cloud when you need their breadth of services or already run there. We design for your workload and budget, not a preferred vendor.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Probably not. Kubernetes earns its complexity at scale or with many services; most businesses are better served by managed containers or serverless. We will say so.

Can you take over infrastructure someone else built?

Yes. We inventory what is running, document it, fix the risks — usually backups, access and monitoring — and either hand back a runbook or keep operating it.

What does ongoing DevOps include?

Patching, monitoring and incident response, deploy support, monthly cost review and a set number of changes — on a monthly plan sized to your systems.
