What is included in a retainer?

A fixed monthly capacity of senior engineering and design time, applied to a backlog you prioritise, plus maintenance and monitoring of the systems in scope. The plan size sets the capacity and response times.

Do unused hours roll over?

Capacity is planned monthly and small balances carry over within a quarter. The monthly report shows exactly what was delivered.

Can we start with a retainer without a project?

Yes. Many clients bring existing systems built by others; the first month includes an audit and documentation so we can support them properly.

Is there a minimum term?

No long contract — retainers run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Everything we build remains yours.
