Fixed-scope projects start with a deposit — typically a third to a half depending on size — with the balance at agreed milestones. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Deposits cover the discovery and planning work and are stated on every quote.

No. The new store is built and loaded in parallel with the old one. Cutover is a DNS switch with a final delta migration, so shoppers see either the old store or the new one — never a gap.

Migrations lose rankings when URLs change without redirects or metadata is dropped. We inventory every URL, redirect each one, carry over metadata and structured data, and monitor Search Console daily after launch.
