What does a project kickoff involve?
A 30-minute call where we look at your stack, find the highest-leverage system to build or automate, and scope it. You leave with a concrete next step whether or not we work together.
How long does a typical project take?
A single automation or landing page ships in one to three weeks; a Shopify store, website or internal tool in three to eight; a SaaS MVP or a large migration in six to sixteen. Discovery ends with a dated plan, and progress lands in your channel every week.
Can we start small?
Yes — most clients do. A fixed-scope sprint on one system is the usual first step. If it goes well, the retainer or the next sprint follows; if not, you keep everything we built and owe nothing further.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We will sign a reasonable mutual NDA before discovery if you need one, and confidentiality is written into our standard terms regardless.
