The Challenge

The client was stuck on an old, hard-coded Shopify Liquid theme. Their marketing team had to request developer support for simple changes like swapping homepage banners or creating sale landing pages.

Additionally, the mobile experience was sluggish and difficult to navigate, resulting in high abandonment rates during checkout.

The Solution

We migrated the entire store to Shopify Online Store 2.0 architecture, building a custom theme from scratch.

  • Modular Sections: Developed 20+ drag-and-drop sections (Hero, Featured Product, Lookbook, etc.) configured via the Shopify Customizer.
  • Mobile-First UX: Implemented sticky "Add to Cart" buttons, simplified navigation, and touch-friendly galleries.
  • Performance Tuning: Removed 15+ useless apps and optimized assets to improve Core Web Vitals.

The Result

The marketing team can now launch new campaigns in minutes, not days. The improved mobile user experience lead to a significant jump in revenue.
